ECO BIN AFRICA ™  SA (PTY) LTD. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. QUOTATIONS:
Quotations, depending on stock availability, is valid for seven (7) days.

2. TRAILERS AND CUSTOMIZED UNITS:
Manufacturing of trailers and customized units can only commence after full payment has been received. Furthermore, it will take between one (1) workday up to fourteen (10) working days to be ready for collection.
Please note: Do not exceed GVM mass as stipulate on data plate.

3. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE:
All warranties and guarantees are subject to the return of the products to the supplier’s premises. Any defect must be reported, and complete unit / trailer returned for inspection. Repairs will only be undertaken in our workshop. If an item is not quoted it will not be fitted

The warranty does not apply to defects due to: Negligence, Modifications, Misuse, Abuse, Accidental damage, Wear and tear parts, Power surge, Improper wiring, Lack of maintenance, Unauthorized repairs, Damage caused by lightning, load shedding and poor voltage supply due to degraded or damaged batteries. Goods used contrary to their instruction manuals.

Repairs will only be undertaken in our workshop

Warranty periods UNLESS otherwise specified on quote / invoice as follows:
  New Flowbin™  tanks – one fill, one decant only
  Used Flowbin™  tanks – no warranty
  Built units – 12 month warranty
  All other products – 12 month warranty

4. SERVICE’S AND REPAIR:
Strip & Quote fee – from R470.00 (excl. vat). Should you decline the quote and wish to collect the machine unrepaired; the strip & quote fee will have to be paid first, before the machine will be released by the workshop. If you go-ahead with the repairs the strip & quote fee will fall away. Any additional faulty components discovered with service inspection / after service test will be quoted & charged separately.

Repaired or unrepaired machines not collected within 10 days from date of quotation/repair will be scrapped to alleviate storage space and expenses. The customer will have no right of recourse against Eco Bin Africa (Pty) Ltd for any loss or damage resulting from the scrapping of the respective machine.

5. HANDLING FEES:
When a product is bought and paid for, or a deposit is paid, the product is reserved and set aside for the buyer. If such agreement is cancelled and no further steps are taken a handling fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be deducted from monies already paid. Cancellations are not available on any customized products & any special order items.

6. COLLECTION OF PRODUCTS:
Products can only be collected once full payment reflect in the bank account of the supplier.

7. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS BY 3RD PARTY:
Eco Bin Africa™  shall not be liable for the loss or damage of the Goods occurring while being delivered by the 3rd party. 

8. BUY OF RECONDITIONED OR USED FLOW BINS / DRUMS:
The reconditioned or used drum, before selling it (drum only or drum built on any unit) were proper inspected for defects and are sold voetstoots. The supplier then take no further responsibility regarding the product. The buyer acknowledge that he/she has also inspected the drum and is satisfied that it is in a good condition. Where the buyer buy without inspecting the product he/she acknowledge that the product is in good condition and waiver unconditionally his/her right, to return the product or to request a refund.

9. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
No refunds of any payment, no exchanges & no credits on requested customized bakkie skid, Trailer, Truck units & special order products by customer.

10. REFUNDS:
Excluding paragraph 2, 8 and 9 above, all other refunds according to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

11. CHEMICAL LIQUID PRODUCTS:
INDEMNITY: All chemical liquid products that are retailed by Eco Bin Africa (Pty) Ltd are manufactured by registered chemical supplier companies of Eco Bin Africa (Pty) Ltd. The documents & information provided for any of these chemicals are based on technical data supplied by our suppliers which we believe to be reliable, however, we expressly do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or other of this supplied information. The information on all chemical documents is to the best of our knowledge correct and accurate. All recommendations, typical characteristics and specifications are made without guarantee since the conditions of use/applications are beyond our control. We disclaim any liability incurred in connection with the use/application of these products, data and/or recommendations for the same reason. As a result of our chemical suppliers ongoing R&D they reserve the right to improve the product as beneficial to the end user, without necessarily publicising such improvements. Such improvements may affect data and specifications but not negatively affect product performance. Updated data is available on request.

12. DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNIFIES:
Any company, person, customer agree that Eco Bin Africa (Pty.) Ltd. or its directors, employees, agents, contractors and everyone connected therewith shall not be liable for any injury, or death of any person using their products / services or visiting facility / premises however cause, or any damage to any property or any person however cause, even if there were negligence on the part of any such persons connected to Eco Bin Africa (Pty.) Ltd. and also the company itself.

Furthermore such company or person or customer indemnify Eco Bin Africa (Pty.) Ltd. and its directors, employees, agents, contractors and anyone connected therewith, acquiring any injury, death or any damages, losses that might arise from using their products / services or entering this facility / premises however cause, even if there were negligence on the part of any such persons connected to Eco Bin Africa (Pty.) Ltd. and also the company itself.

13. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE)
